Shame on this buyer ! never encounted a buyer like this before. Alibaba Official rejected his unreasonable request , so he leaves bad reiviews here. This buyer always lies and give missleading information and always want to pass the buck to others. ① He himself mistakenly submitted the low declaration evidence to Brazilian customs, then one of this parcel was detained. how ridiculous. though we did nothing wrong, we still tried hard to help him, but Brazil customs does NOT let him go. then he ask we the seller to refund him fully. ②according to the international trade law, it's DAP shipping terms, it's buyer's duties to do the customs clearance. ③for this order, we have offered him extra discounted already. we have almost no profit. ④though we the seller did nothing wrong, we still offered a good solution to give extra discounts in new orders for many times to compensate the buyer, but he only wants to blame us to get refund. we did nothing wrong ,the seller is innocent.
